Same here! I've tried everything that I've come across, right down to uninstalling apps. Which, in itself, is another ridiculous recommendation from Samsung. I shouldn't have to go without MAJOR social media apps, Samsung should have to fix their software! As preciously stated - we pay too much for these phones to be dealing with this for 2 months! I guess I better start borrowing my daughter's iPhone to take pictures, as I've been missing one shot after the next thanks to this issue!
