I have an issue with my S21 ultra not wireless charging on my SamsungTrio charge mat. I have wireless charging enabled. I ha e turned off NFC and soft booted the phone. I have cleared the Cashe partitions and reset the setting and still can't get it to charge. The light on the Trio is on and the phone shows it charging. But it never actually charges not even one percent... Please help

Hello, I have an S21 ultra and a trio charger. When I place the S21 ultra o is a the Trio pad... The phone show its charging and the light on the Trio comes on but the phone never changes. No case and I am placing it on with part of the camera bump on the pad. Anyone else having this issue? Can anyone help? I have all the fast charging set on and even wipe my cashe partition... I'm so stuck
