Try checking in the trash or you might be able to restore them from a previous backup by going to settings-> account and backup-> restore data -> choose from where to restore backup and make sure "contacts" are selected and tap "restore "

It doesn't look like there will be a 4th beta since Switzerland is already getting the official release right now for the S20 so my guess is that we will get the official release soon

Developer options used to have the capability to resize icons in past versions of Android but hopefully this makes it way to one ui like oxygen os does

Pixel devices have a call screen and wait for me features in Google assistant that are in real time that can screen calls and wait for me that would be cool if they become apart of Bixby or one ui in the future
