My lockscreen has 2 15 second video clips that it goes back and forth with each time I unlock my phone. It's the lockscreen wallpaper but a video

Mine is playing the audio from the 15 second video clip I chose to use for the lock screen

I just noticed my galaxy note 20 ultra 5g doing the same thing.
