Try to reset accessibility settings then network settings then settings but in safe mode. You will not lose anything, it will set your phones setting back to default. You will have to reset your phone up again, but it might work.

It is at the US carriers now, Samsung told me today, it depends on what carrier someone have, which version phone you have and they release the update in batches, it should be here this month. He was not sure when, but this month. Different carriers have different apps on there phones and that suppose to matter. But soon.

No I have not heard that one before. I had a problem with my navigation bar buttons not working. I just reset the accessibility settings first, and then. Secondly reset settings in the general management app it will restart automatically back into normal mode.. You will not lose any apps, data or your pics, that might help, it help me. But, you need to do it in safe mode. Hold the volume down and Bixby at the same time then hold power off, it and then hit safe mode it will restart in safe mode. It will however reset everything to default. Just trying to help.

Just talked to samsung and they said it is different factors involved, like which model, how my rams, carrier ect It is coming not sure exactly when, but it should be this month. We just have to keep keep checking

It is at the carrier's now, it will be coming soon China, South Korea, Untied Kingdom, Spain, India, Germany, poland, and the United States will be rolling out in Nov. Not sure when, but my understanding when reading the article, it will be soon.

I had a post earlier about that, my thing was if we are suppose to be buying the best and you take it away, then it seems fair to put the buds in the box along with the dongle. I had to buy it separately and that is not cool. Plus, I love the head phone jack and charging abilities on my S10. I am happy with the not 10 +, but this is suppose to be the phone with everything. Not with out the jack or buds. And less flagships still have it, go figure lol

Well I just read that China, France, Germany, India, Poland, South Korea, Spain, United Kingdom, and the United States. S10 and Note 10 series on US carriers are already in offering beta versions of the update so we should be getting the OneUI 2.0 pretty soon. It does not say exactly when, but soon.

Maybe that is why we have not recieved the update yet for the Note 10 series. I keep reading alot of issues with the new update with the S10 series. I suppose they are trying to iron out all the Kinks, before they send it out again to us.

It will show up when it has been released right on this app as soon as you open it up, when it is available. We are all waiting for that to happened. I heard maybe by end of month, which is tomorrow. Just keep checking.
