WHY ON EARTH WOULD SAMSUNG MODERATORS MARK THIS THREAD SOLVED??   Just another example of (a) not admitting that this is a SAMSUNG problem and (b) treating your customers like we don't have a brain.   Over the last 3 years I spent more than $6k in Samsung appliances. Yep. I just got off a chat with a so-called "supervisor" who said exactly the same thing. They must have a printed script for this known problem that they simply do not want to deal with. Went round and round only to be told the same thing over and over again. ... View more

I've had the same problem with our ice maker and yes, we have used bubble wrap. What I find incredibly hard to believe that you as the Samsung Moderator would be congratulating any of us on this fix since this is so obviously a design flaw that Samsung should be issuing a recall for and fixing for us correctly without bubble wrap.    I really want a response to this. ...
