@Midniteoyl They quote me $647.34 for the repair. LCD and PBA need to repair which my LCD and phone is fine before I send in. That cost I can buy a new phone. R idiculous and crazy, time to go find another phone, for sure not Samsung anymore. I been using Samsung from S4 but now time to go on.

I sent my S7 Edge to Samsung last week because the battery swelling and pushing the back cover off. Today Samsung sent me an email said they need to repair the LCD and PBA and the cost is $648 . My LCD is prefectly fine and my phone still in a working condition before I send in my phone. This is ridiculous!!!

@Midniteoyl Thank you for the advise. You are luckly they didn't charge you for replacing all those stuff. Does they ask you for the credit card before you ship your phone to them?

Add one more unhappy customer. My S7 Edge got the same issue and called in they are charging $70 in order to fix it. I'm a Samsung fans. I uses Samsung since S4 and all my appliances are Samsung. But this time really disappointed. I hope this issue got explode to the news and Samsung willing to recall and cover the fixes.

My S7 Edge has the same exact issue. After 30 mins on the phone with them. She not willing to fix it for free or give a discount. I'm going on a long-haul trip (15 hrs). I"m not sure is it safe to bring the phone on the plane with me.
