I have an older Samsung TV and it is not capable of receiving Dolby Atmos. So just connect your Components directly to the A/V receiver. I purchased a cheap Hisense Roku TV and it was capable of receiving Dolby Atmos. I was told by Samsung that I had to purchase a brand new 2021 and the box had to say Dolby Atmos on it.

I purchased a Samsung series 7 TU7000 Crystal UHD TV a few days ago. I am so frustrated and disappointed. I also have antenna hooked up as I do not want a satellite service. The older TV (not smart TV) has 138 digital and 3 analog channels. The new Samsung gets MAYBE 9 channels, yet it scanned in 16 (7 of which say mode not supported, or not available. Can't even get Fox News app.

This issue is anything but resolved. Don't even dream of talking to Samsung about this issue, possibly my poorest customer service experience trying to get this resolved on phone for 90 minutes by one increasingly incompetent agent after another. I ended up wiping the phone myself and losing all my data because they can't solve this issue and don't seem prepared to address it or capable of resolving it. Last Samsung phone that I will own after that experience. Absolute joke.

I cannot use the menu because I cannot see the screen image! My screen went suddenly blank and audio is still good. If the sun in shining on a corner of the screen, I can see a ghost image there. Any suggestions?

I am having the same vertical dead pixel issue with UN55KS8000 model TV. I did try the picture test, factory resetting and power cycling the device. Neither of the above mentioned methods seems to resolve this issue.

The little sensor in the camera was removed in the S21, so there is no possiblity of measuring anything. I think it's removed in the S20 as well.

I discovered this 15 years ago when the Samsung phone I bought died literally within a month of the guarantee running out. Their customer service are appalling also. They just do not care. I no longer buy Samsung and prevent my family from doing so also. Main reason: they deliberately design their products to fail after a limited period. I know someone whose Samsung 2015 TV has broken down (Keeps rebooting continually). I buy Sony, LG or Panasonic.

I have a 3 year old gas range, model # NX58K9850S, that takes an extremely long time to reach the set temperature in the ovens. It’s off by 100-150 degrees or more when the oven believes it has reached the preheated level. The only way to get it up to a usable level is to set the temperature 100 degrees higher than I really need, then use an oven thermometer to make corrections every 5-10 minutes. It also intermittently makes an awful grinding noise. We have an extended warranty and the repairman sent by them said we needed a new fan for the convection and some sort of new temperature control panel but they have been unable to acquire the needed parts. Now they have given up and say we have to replace the oven, which is no longer available. Because the store where we purchased the oven and extended warranty will only give us store credit for the oven, we have to pay hundreds of dollars more for a similar, current model. It seems unreasonable that parts aren’t available for a recently purchased oven and that the only recourse is to buy a new one. To make matters worse, the store says it won’t even order a similar product (which will cost another $400) because it’s indefinitely back ordered. How can I resolve this problem?

100% agree. I just couldn't believe that there was no light at the water/ice dispenser. The 14 year old refrigerator this one replaced had lighting! Is it so that the "higher end" models are differentiated over "lower end" models? How much cost does this save, $5? Some wire and a cheap LED? If I had known this, I might have bought a competitor model. It seems like a trivial thing, but it is such a simple feature that should be standard with a water/ice dispenser.

I have this issue. very long story involving UBREAKWEFIX Samsung repair place. They were unable to repair, came back missing screws, back cover was loose and apparently so was the touch screen. Eventually (2 months late) I plugged it in and it booted slowly with battery but had to be plugged in. Worked fine but then stopped because repair place didn't set the new screen in properly. I was able to use a 2nd monitor (what a pain) using micro-c but that's stopped working now too. It's running (I hear the fans) plugged in with and without a battery but monitor won't work via HDMI port. Same for the micro-c port. I'm flying blind with this thing.

I'm glad I found this solution! We were going crazy trying to get the new filter in. Like you, it was the first time to replace it. We also cannot figure out how the cap was in there, and why. Weird, but now I'm glad things got "fixed" and we can enjoy the refrigerator again.

Am using a pair of Live Buds (CC9C) and I'm facing the same issue too in Windows 10 Pro version 1909. While the buds have no issues with listening to music, the microphone is not working at all. I tested w windows Voice Recorder and it is not showing that the mic is not pickup up anything. Suspect there are some issues with the drivers.
