I used Samsung pay often on my year old 9+. I had to replace it and can't even set up Samsung Pay on the new one. It won't recognize that I have an internet connection nor my mobile data! I was on the phone with your tech support for about 45 minutes yesterday and still no solution. A ticket has been entered on my behalf. Meanwhile, I will use Google Pay and if I am happy with that, I will forget about even trying to get Samsung Pay back. I just thought you would like to know how frustrating this is and how you may lose customers over it.
