Same issue here. I had to reset the TV, then I could upload images. The issue is from Ambient Mode. I was using that and it filled up the memory. Even though the TV said it has available memory, it wasn't available.

Had this exact issue. It was because I tried the ambient mode and the TV downloads all kinds of images for this mode. Then, it can't release the memory. Een though the TV says you have enough memory, you don't. The solution for me was to reset the TV, install all my old apps, never open Ambient Mode, them I could upload images from USB.

Now the TV is randomly rebooting when we are watching it. We mainly use the apps installed directly on the TV rather than something like Roku or Apple TV. Please help us resolve this issue. The TV was very expensive. We had to replace the panel less than one year after we purchased it and now it seems like something else is wrong.

This only happens when the TV is in Art Mode. Once in a while the screen will go black but we can hear the TV and hear the channel changing when we change it but no picture.
