I can see how that can be frustrating. At this time we don't have any official way of reverting any software updates. The only thing we can suggest is to download the next update and maybe the settings will be more to your liking.

Hi there I would be more than happy to answer this for you. Its from the Samsung account, its no different than Android coming in with Used com.samsung.android.incallui when you access your phone app. More often than not it means you're clicking on the app. It's nothing to worry about.

Hey I can see that you have done alot of troubleshooting with this issue already. Clearing the cache and uninstalling. I recommend at this point reaching out to the developer of the app. You will be able to find their contact information in the play store.

I can understand how frustrating this can be. I recommend updating the phone to the latest software and clearing the cache partition on your phone. Here are the steps.
Turn off the device.
Press and hold the Volume Up key and the Side key.
When the Android logo displays, release both keys.
An 'Installing system update' message may show briefly before the Android Recovery menu options appear.
Press the Volume down key several times to highlight Wipe cache partition.
Press Side key to select.
Press the Volume down key to highlight Yes, then press the Side key to select.
When the process is complete, Reboot system now is highlighted.
Press the Side key to restart the device.
If this doesn't work then I would suggest that you go to the play store and reach out to the developers. Their developer's information is located in the play store.

I can see how this issue can be frustrating. I would recommend you try these troubleshooting steps here
Open the “Messages” app.
Press the “Menu” located at the upper-right corner of the screen.
Choose “Settings“.
Tap “Add signature to messages” to enable text message signatures, then tap “Edit signature text“.
Type your desired signature, then select “OK“.
Your signature will now be automatically added to each text message you send.

I can understand how frustrating this issue can be. If you've already done a factory reset on your phone then I recommend if you’re in warranty please send one or our mods a PM to get the service set up for you. If you are out of warranty you can visit a local ubreakifix or call 1-800-Samsung to have service set up and obtain basic repair estimates.

I can understand the frustration of a feature being removed. However, we can not tell you when or if a feature will return back to a device. All we can do is recommend that you download the next update and maybe the feature that you are looking for will be available.
