Go to your Google Play Store and see if "Carrier Services" is installed. This caused a bug on my phone where I wasn't able to send messages. Hope this helps!

Which cloud features? Samsung Cloud is going to be discontinued because of their new partnership with OneDrive. Everything in Samsung Cloud should be able to transfer to OneDrive through your phone

You can restrice the app from performing background activity which is your best bet. Open your Settings>Apps>Select your app>Battery>Toggle off "Allow Background Activity" Turn on airplane mode when you're in the app and it won't use internet

Check for any updates on your TV to be sure. I'm not sure why it wouldn't show up. You can also use a fire stick if you have one lying around

It appears that the unlocked beta has closed already. Ive heard that was the closed beta and they're expected to open again for the open beta, but that could be wrong. Either way, the full release is supposedly a month away!

So when the beta updates, I believe it's just like a regular update where it will be in your settings and you download and install there. Your device will notify you that. App updates work the same where you'll get them through the play or galaxy store
