I think the best option for beta testers is getting them the final release. Just like beta if it doesn't work you can go back. We have been on beta and if it's working then there shouldn't be a problem with the final. Carrier can then send out their updates to it later. Leave the option to the users and not the carriers.

Hang in their buddy. It's not Samsung, it's your carrier holding the update hostage. Benefits from buying unlocked phones. But it wouldn't matter what carrier you have. It's all a waiting game. I'm **bleep** too but I will vent my frustrations on never doing beta again.

Turn your Bluetooth off and then back on again. Or just like a computer reboot your phone fixes most connectivity issues. Should reboot your phone once every couple of days anyway.

You won't get a response on delivery of the final from Samsung. It's on the carriers to deliver the update. Samsung does not push these updates.

You don't need a computer to go back. You can opt out of beta, and that will take you back. You can also restore your phone to the manufacturer setting, but either way, it will erase everything

I know I am not happy with T-Mobile. What I don't understand is we get the beta from Samsung and it works on our phones so why can't we get the final from them too. Doesn't pay to beta test. Although heard T-Mobile is releasing or released the final on the 15th of Jan.

Thanks for all your comments. so many have the same question. I would like to see Samsung change their processes for testers. Who has the time to sit on a phone all day or night waiting for a banner to pop up. I do work for a living. Agree
