Does anyone else see the irony of calling this obvious defective design problem “solved”? It’s laughable, at best. Samsung’s solution is to discontinue the model numbers with the problems, tweak the fridges a little and re name them so all of the terrible reviews will be on a “discontinued fridge”. All while hoping everyone with the bad ice makers forget Samsung bent them over. 🤷:male_sign:

I have a Samsung RF28HFEDBSR Refrigerator that i bought in 2015 and the ice maker is doing the exact same thing that’s mentioned in the 57 pages. Doesn’t look like a solid solution has been presented.
