I contacted Samsung to get a repair on some ear phones on August 27, 2019 there was a ticket made and cancelled once I sent in my receipt stating the warranty was not valid which in fact it is! Another ticker was created Sept 3rd and I emailed the receipt AGAIN! It is very said that EVERYTIME I HAVE A PRONLEM WITH A SAMSUNG PRODUCT I HAVE TO GO THRU THIS! This is not fair to the consumer at all! This was my last time buying from Samsung!
