Everyone is as clueless as you are. When they announce it, is when everyone will know. Making repeated threads like this, asking for ETAs on releases are pointless, they flood the forums, they drown out other threads. An easy Google search, such as "OneUI 3.0 Beta release dates", will give you faster results and will easily tell you if there is a set date or not.

My point was to explain that your device is not truly unlocked. I made this point because you emphasized that your device is unlocked, to the point where you feel like you're guaranteed to be included in the OneUI 3.0 Beta that official unlocked device users are participating in. I never said that because you have a T-Mobile device that you are not able to participate. I said, "you will be treated as such", as in, even though your device is "unlocked" you will be treated as if you had a carrier locked device. Official unlocked devices, straight from Samsung, have always received Betas before carrier models. It has always been like this.

My point was about the phone not truly being "unlocked". I made that point because you were emphasizing that your phone is unlocked, almost to the point that you are guaranteed to be in the OneUi 3.0 Beta that is available for those who have an official unlocked device. I never said that because you had a T-Mobile device, that you wouldn't be included in the Beta. Just that "you would be treated as such", as in, truly unlocked devices will receive them first and later on carrier locked devices, whether you got it unlocked through your carrier or not, will receive them later on. it has always been like this.

I know it's easier to blame a product, but your body might actually be going through changes. Your skin is possibly sensitive to certain things now, it could be an underlying medical issue (nothing dangerous, I don't mean to worry you), it could be anything. If anything, I would try wearing it on the other wrist. See what happens. You can even place some other wrist accessory (a regular watch) on the same wrist you wear the watch typically and see if you develop a rash as well. Try and narrow down what is EXACTLY causing the rash and then go from there. We have to troubleshoot our bodies just like we do with anything else that needs fixing.

Is it powered on??? I'm just asking because I know it may have died and people charge it, see the display turn on to show the charging animation, have it charge to 100%, take it off the charger and then put it on their wrist thinking their device is turned on. I honestly did that once. My watch died, I charged it overnight, put it on the next day. I then go to look at my watch (I have gestures enabled), and the display doesn't turn on. I then touch the screen, rotate the bezel, press a button, and still nothing. I then remembered that I never turn it back on! :face_with_tears_of_joy:

They announced, earlier today, that the S10 Series lineup will receive the OneUI 3.0 Beta. As for the exact date, that is unknown. Just know that you'll be able to get it as soon as it's released. Also, do not make a post as for the exact date. No one knows. Even if a Samsung employee does know, they won't answer until Samsung gives the "OK" to their PR personnel. If you check on websites that follow this kind of stuff, I'm sure you'll find out there WAAAAAAY before anyone posts anything on these forums.

Open the Camera App, at the top, you'll see some options you can change on the fly. Press the icon that is a Square with a Triangle inside of it. That is the setting that enables Motion Images. This will prevent future photos from having motion. As for your photos that already have motion, they are stuck being like that, unless you go into that motion photo, click "view motion photo" and then scrub through the short video clip and stop it at the correct spot for your image and select the bottom left option for "Capture" image. You will have to do this for EVERY motion photo you have, that you do not want to be a motion photo.

Just to troubleshoot a bit, is this while using a cable to charge or a wireless Qi charger? Also, go to Settings > Device Care > Battery > Charging. Make sure it's enabled and that it wasn't disabled by mistake. If it doesn't Fast Charge when on a Qi charger, follow the steps above, and also go into "Fast Wireless Charging" and make sure you disabled "Turn off as scheduled". If you do want a schedule enabled, make sure the times that are set, are not during the times that you will require a faster charge. For me, I have a schedule enabled so it will disable Fast Wireless Charging between the times of 12 am till 6 am. I'm not on my phone during those times, so I don't need a faster charge. This saves my battery in the long run.

Even if it has never been in water, if it is in a room that has a ton of moisture, it can trigger this safety check. Ex; If I bring my device into a wet sauna, it can trigger the moisture detection, even if the device is not physically in any water. This is just an FYI, and hopefully it can help you understand that your device's environment can trigger it. Try placing your device in a bag of uncooked rice. Try using a Q-Tip to clean the port, carefully. Do NOT use compressed air to try and "dry" the moisture. The pressure of the compressed air can actually force moisture/liquids through the seals.

Go to your Bluetooth settings, click the cog that is next to the device that you want notifications to come through, you should see "Messages Access", make sure that is enabled. if you do not see "Messages Access", that Bluetooth device does not support it.

So because you originally purchased a locked phone that is tied to a specific carrier, even after you unlock it, it is not truly "unlocked". It will always be tied to T-Mobile for Software Updates. So yes, you did get it unlocked, to use any SIM in it, but the Software still reads T-Mobile, and anything software related you will get treated as a person owning a locked T-Mobile device.

In all honesty, you ARE going to have to contact Samsung Support. They're the ones who are going to be able to help you and give you the answer(s) you need. Once they help you and you get it figured out, you can then update this posting with steps for others who are having issues as well. This way you can be helpful to the community, instead of another "repeated" thread that gets buried.
