I'm having the same issue, the watch turns off within 2 minutes off of the charger after doing a hard reset on the charger. This is a software bug because the watch dies within minutes but shows 85% when placed back in the charger Samsung fix your firmware instead of charging $80 for a new battery. This practice loses customers because we no longer can trust your brand. I turned watch into Samsung and they wont stand by there product and want to charge me. This is crazy. I have owned over 12 Samsung devices over the year but if there not going to back there product I'm switching. Its It's obviously a recall that they wont admit. STAMD BY YOUR PRODUCT SAMSUNG...
