So just an update with this. I went into a Samsung Store and he tried the HR sensor on his wrist(picked up nothing) then he walked round the store and it only counted a fraction of his steps. He confirmed the sensor was faulty but said as the watch was new, there are no spare parts and so, they couldn’t fix it. He said he would take my number and call me when the parts are available( It’s been over a month and I’m yet to hear anything). So in the mean time, I contacted Samsung and had them come pick it up and repair at their HQ somewhere. They collected the watch and returned it to me within a few days but before I put it on I read what they had done to fix the faults and they only reset it. Something I had done numerous times. So I knew straight away they hadn’t even attempted to fix it. So, sit rep. I’ve sold my Galaxy S9+, and purchased an Apple Phone and Watch. Samsung will never again get 1p of my business.

So I've been wearing the Galaxy Watch for 2 days now and I've noticed my steps are way way off compared to other wearable tech I've had(Fitbit & Apple Watch) If I get up and walk to the printer, which is about 7/8 steps, it doesn't seem to count any at all. It seems the watch as a delay in counting steps.
Does anyone else have this issue? It's quite annoying that it doesn't seem to count these steps.
