Anyone having issues with no update after registering, if you currently on the December 1st security patch it wont give you the update, however there is a way, but do it at your own risk and make sure you do research. To get the update you will have to flash the november security patch but make sure you get it from SamMobile.com and make sure you have the right firmware as i said before so if you have the SM-N960U1 get the firmware for that, same goes for the SM-N960U, and make sure you back up the phone, also if you dont know what you are doing there are a lot of helpful pages on XDA forums on how to use the ODIN flashing tool and Make sure you get the firm ware from SamMobile i cannot stress this enough since all their firmware is official and if you dont use an official firmware it will trip Knox and void your warranty! However once you flash the november patch it will allow you to get the One UI 2 beta update when you manually check the updates, have fun! And please note that this is not at all approved by samsung but as long as you follow a good tutorial and get the official firmware for your phone and region/carrier and if you have a factory unlocked note 9 its XAA region/country but make sure you choose the model number given in "about phone" (SM-N960U1 or SM-N960U) DO THIS AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!
