From last 8 months my so-called smartwatch is just a ordinary watch, I can't even where this watch just to show off, because then people will ask me to show features 😄 😄 The only fix I got from Samsung was in "my comment", where they edited my bad word and warn me not to use it again. May be this issue in our watch is intentional, I'm also a software developer and there is nothing we can't fix, but only if its a software issue, I think this is a permanent hardware failure.

Finally new updates !!! But nothing changed, still same broken peace of garbage just like Samsung. Guys, I suggest you to go for other options, like fitbit, fossil, even MI and lenovo watch will work better then Samsung, and never consider Samsung products again. I give up !!!

From last 6 months my smart watch is just a watch, HR sensor, step count, wake up gesture is not working and without these sensors this smart watch is of no use. Your forums are full of this issue, don't be ignorent, As what i think this is a permanent damage, either take full responsibility and refund your customers money or fix this issue. I promise i will never use Samsung products again, I even warn others not to use your useless products, have some sense of responsibility and fix this issue, as soon as possible.

I bought this in December, 2017 and in April 2018 all of a sudden it stopped tracking floors, step, and heart rate. It also did not wake up with wake up gesture. Useless watch, useless support team, what the h*ll is this Samsung, fix this issue as soon as possible, its been more then 7 months now. And why this guy marked this topic as solved, please reopen this issue. This opening GPS and all cr@p don't work.
