Agreed. I am never buying another Samsung product due to these update issues. I used to get 2 days out of my watch. I recently replaced the battery myself sine Samsung wanted to charge over $200 to fix it. After replacing the battery I get a max of 10 hr out of the battery.
I am swearing off all Samsung products now. For a not that means my new phone will NOT be Samsung, nor will my new washer and dryer when I need a new one (just had to replace a valve in that as it died 2 days after the warranty was up), and I'll be buying a new smartwatch that FOR SURE will NOT be Samsung.
