YES! Clearly a lot of people having this issue - in different countries. This is without a doubt a design flaw. Mine worked for 4 months after I bought it. I ended up sending it to Samsung for repair and when I received it back - it worked for less than a week and now has the same issues. Totally unacceptable!

I had thae same problem. first the Gear Fit2 Pro stopped tracking Heart Rate. Next it stopped tracking sleep. On the next day it stopped using GPS and stopped tracking distance of walking workout - it only tracked duration. I sent the device to Samsung for repair because they told me that they don't do replacements. I got the watch on May 9, 2018 and it quit working on September 12, 2018. For a device that cost what this thing did, 4 months is not an acceptable operation time. I received the "repaired" Gear Fit2 Pro on September 25, 2018. the Gear Fit2 Pro worked for less than a week before the GPS quit working again and the device stopped tracking distance of walking workouts. At this moment, I have been on "hold" for the "proper department" at Samsung Support for 45 minutes. This is after the first "technician" dropped my call and I had to start the process all over again. So, the device worked for 4 months when it was brand new. It worked for a week when it had been repaired. There are many instances in this Help Community of the exact same issue. Clearly, there is a faulty design and manufacturing issue with the Gear Fit2 Pro. Samsung needs to recall the product and either refund the purchase or replace it with a brand new model. This is absolutely ridiculous and totally unacceptable.
