I would like to add that i am absolutely disappointed in my S20+ because apparently i received a bad one. I was on my phone when all of a sudden it just went black. I reached out to tech support and went thru the steps they told me to and i still have not been able to get it back on. Apparently after doing my research i am not the only one who was experiencing this. There is actually a video out there that goes thru exactly what tech support told me to do. I am disappointed because i just received the phone and did not back up my pictures yet along with my contacts being lost but there is so much on there that i cant access no more. I have been a galaxy user for 20 years and i am sadden for all the stuff i lost and sadden that no samsung rep, tech or asurion rep really cares. And to top it off i have to wait 3-5 business days to get a new phone absolutely horrible!
