The US does support Dual/eSims, although on a limited basis. Unfortunately, US Citizens will need to procure a specific phone model (N986B/DS) to do this. Ensure that phone is unlocked. Clear it with both mobile providers (I.e. AT&T and T-Mobile) and then go to a store to perform the eSim onboarding processes where they specifically allow your IMEI onto their network while in Dual or eSim. As a business owner, I have done this with many US iPhones and a few Samsung Models. SADLY, it is a tedious process and can take 1-2 hours once you have both sims on hand. I wish they'd make this easier. This isn't advertised as it is a benefit feature requested by import/export business.
