If you have a work profile, then you can set it up. Your phone needs to be managed by your work's mobile device manager to allow setup/sync with the enterprise services. Other than that, you just can't set it up for use with personal services. It comes with Knox security service on Samsung phones.

Use VoLTE apps like WhatsApp, Skype or Signal, Google Voice (many more available) to make calls. Just ensure your contacts have the apps too and are setup on their devices. Unless, you have a service that has an agreement with a local carrier, you will not be able to make phone calls even with Wi-Fi calling enabled.

The phone's Hotspot provides connectivity to other devices but the phone itself uses cellular data connection which isn't allowed to be used for phone updates. You can update apps but not phone software update.

Photos in gallery come from phone memory/DCIM or Pictures or Photos or any other location on your phone. That's where you will move or copy to SD card. You must allow file transfer from your phone in order to copy them to your computer. Do a Google search if you're not familiar with enabling file transfer.

Check your Bluetooth profile in developer options. Not sure why cable connection doesn't work. Also check your default USB configuration for the phone.

Icon badges can be cleared by long pressing the app with badge and clear them or opening the app. Some launchers work differently but that's how some are. Some apps also have persistent notification which will only clear badges after you open the message/mail creating the notification. I was referring to notification history which I thought you were talking about.

Install GoodLock and NotiStar feature. Also, Settings> Notifications> Advanced Settings> Notification History will give you all notifications. Unfortunately to clear, you have to turn notification history off but can be turned on immediately for future use.

It was fixed with 3.1. Sometimes you have to reset it a couple times after a restart but it's mostly normal after 3.1. There was an update to One UI recently that may correct some issues.

Try enabling view for system apps. It could be classified as system app and hidden as a result. Settings> Apps> 3 bars to the right of Your apps> turn on show system apps and see if Bluetooth is list in apps list

Ensure it's not set to wireless auto. Some devices do not fully support the wireless connection and if set, may cause problems with syncing with the car.

If you bought it from Egypt and are using a SIM card from Qatar, it may cause some problems with updates even if the phone is network unlocked. Flashing it to Qatar firmware is an option. Check sammobile.com for instructions on how to flash it.

Just saying if pictures from the SD card are posted on the web, that's how you will know if someone has it. You will know pseudo name of the person posting them but again, you may not find out. If the card itself is more important, consider getting another one. Sorry

Besides a forensic analysis of the phone log files, it is difficult. Unless pictures from the card are posted somewhere that you come across, not sure any app exist outside of law enforcement that can give you that much detail.

Can you temporarily swap SIM cards to see if configuration issue is preventing you from getting the updates? Doesn't sound like anything is wrong with your phone but they may not have it in their database as a phone they sold. If you have gotten OTA updates from T-Mobile before, then database isn't an issue.

If phone was bought from T-Mobile, try removing SIM card, connect to wifi and check for updates. Once updated, put your SIM back in. Don't think flashing to Verizon will force update since Verizon only pushes updates to phones they sell that are active on their network.

Mirror via wireless or wired/cable connection? Not sure the hardware on Windows 7 supports wireless but most came with VGA or HDMI ports that you can connect to your TV. Once connected, use display settings to extend your visuals to the TV.

I don't think AT&T firmware is available yet. I see Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint and Xfinity Mobile but nothing for AT&T. It could be out there though. Check xda-developer site for more information.

Welcome. AT&T should have pushed the update to your phone even before selling it or as soon as it's started and on the network. If on Wi-Fi but don't see any, flashing with AT&T firmware should jump start the process.
