The phone updated to the g991usqu4buk9 (presumably with bug fixes) version on 11/23/21. Only the navigation buttons on the screen work on the phone. Other than that, it's as if the touchscreen doesn't work at all. Fixes attempted that haven't worked: Restarting the phone by pressing and holding the start button. Wiping the cache partition then restarting doesn't work. My next fix attempt will be to do a hard reset. SAMSUNG NEEDS TO FIX THIS NOW. MY PHONE IS UNUSEABLE!!!!

PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE DESCRIPTION FOR TROUBLESHOOTING THAT HAS ALREADY BEEN ATTEMPTED. I recently bought the Samsung Galaxy S21, upgrading from the Samsung Galaxy S9. I used Smart Switch and restored my backed up accounts as well. All of my google email accounts (3 total) transferred with no issues. My Outlook work email and my personal Hotmail accounts didn't transfer. When I try to sign into my Outlook work email, it first takes me to the login username page that looks like I'm signing into a Gmail account then tells me that my password is incorrect. The password is correct, I use an online password keeper, and have been able to sign-on through a browser on my laptop to verify. I have tried logging into my Outlook email account by adding the account in Settings, through the Outlook app even after uninstalling and reinstalling as well, and through the Calendar app. I've set the account as Outlook Exchange, Office 365, Other, etc. Each path yields the same results. When I tried to sign into my personal Hotmail account via the Outlook app, it took to me to the familiar Microsoft sign-on and I was able to sign-on with no issue. Has anyone else ran into this issue? The last time I switched phones (S5 to S9), all accounts switched seamlessly. (Cross posted on Microsoft forums)
