Thanx. I was hoping to avoid a repair center as the nearest is over 50 miles from me and the expense of Samsung repairs are way over what I can do. I'm still trying to pay the phone itself off.

Wow. I bought it brand new, sealed in box and have had this issue from the start, so I didn't even think of that. Thanx for answering, I do appreciate it but I really hope that's not it.

That's because Samsung Pay is not compatible with the Galaxy A21. It will download the Samsung money by SoFi app however which can be used much the same. Or you can use Paypal or Gpay which both download to the A21.

Personally I have learned over many, many different brands, types, and models of cell phones and SD cards that you cannot put apps onto your memory card. They simply do not work anymore. The apps on your phone have to be on your phone. Period. What you can store on your SD card with no issues are: your pix (only the photos themselves, not the photo or the gallery app), videos, your documents, downloads of pix, videos, and documents, and duplicate songs/music. If you want to use the particular song for a ringtone or notification however, it seems to work best to have that song saved on the phone itself (internal memory). Unless you purchase a phone with over 64gb internal storage (minimum) you will run into issues with low memory. Galaxy A21 has only 32gb, so you can only put so many apps on it and it's full. Unfortunately, that's it. Phones with more memory get more expensive as the gb amount increases. Sucks, but is what it is. Sorry, I hope that helps a bit. 🙂

I have become SO frustrated with my Galaxy s10! I love the phone, it's a great model, but the screen never responds to my touch. I have to repeatedly click/touch on what I am trying to access or when I am using keyboard. EVERY SINGLE TIME. No other Galaxy model that I have had has ever had this type of issue. This happening with no screen saver on it and no accidental touch protection activated either. Has anyone else had/has the same insensitivity problem with the screen? Any suggestions to fix? Appreciate any input offered - Thanx!

Shoez: tried that, doesn't honestly help much. CoolmanNikolai: that **bleep**. Not much of a solution there. Just a bunch more money spent since we cant open a s8+ to replace it ourselves. Evil design on their part. Crazy08: ?

I'm trying to figure out why my battery life on 2 Galaxy s8+ phones and my Galaxy tab A all drain ridiculously fast? They are not old, I don't have a bunch of background apps running, and I'm not doing anything excessive or complicated yet any of these 3 device's battery life die extremely quickly. I am charging at least 2x per day on each. That seems like a bit much to me. If anyone has some useful suggestions, I'd be very grateful to hear them. Thanx in advance... Siouxzi

Well said. This "solution" is not that. It's an excuse or way to get around it without solving the d*mn problem. Why should I lose everything on my phone cause they scr**wed up and don't know how to fix it??!
@Longov wrote: This is not a solution. Absolute Incompetence by Samsung. This isn't a simple glitch, Samsung removed the ability to remote unlock using "find my mobile" and then releases a security update that changes some users Password/ PIN. This is a sad excuse for a solution and Samsung needs to correctly address this via a Password bypass remote unlock via tech support.
