So when you receive a call from a person at a new number not associated with anyone in your contacts...
It shows a name with the number....
You want to store it as a new contact....
Why doesn’t it transfer the name over so you don`t have to try to remember the spelling and type it in as a new contact name?

You're correct, as of yet, there is no such a feature that would automatically save a number as the name over. It'd always require to save a contact manually.
I agree with you.
Samsung always tries to provide the best customer service and products. Samsung always makes a note of the customer's feedback to improve the service according to the customer's requirements. Is that okay if I make a note of the shared feedback? So the team is aware of it.

I apologize if I've asked this before. Every time I call a number which has a accurate business name associated with it, coming up on the recipient ID. When I attempted to copy or carry over that name and save it to my contact list it does not offer that option. Why? The option to add contact is offered but the contact/business name that comes up when the call is completed will not carry over to be added as a contact. I must remember it and type it in.
