I am very disappointed! This phone, the Note 20 Ultra, as its name implies is no more ultra than the Note 10 plus, minus s-pen accessories, 45 watt charging capabilities, and minus the headset...but for more money? Really Samsung?? Are you kidding me? I for one will be sending this phone back until Samsung can start living up to their promise of "Ultra", and a Note without added s-pen nibs means as soon as the 2mm of plastic at the end of the s-pen wears out, the s-pen features you based your price of the phone on does too! Meaning the phone is only worth whatever you'd pay for 2mm of plastic at the end of the s-pen. My final thoughts on this device are as follows: 1. Missing pieces in the box and increased price of device means Samsung is skimping on accessories, but what else are they skimping on is what this leads me to ask? 2. The camera bump is too large. 3. Gorilla glass 7 on front and back but only gorilla glass 6 covering the camera bump that will be the first thing that hits the ground if you drop your device. 4. The software is not that much faster than whats in the S20 Ultra, 865 vs. 865+. 5. It is much less premium feeling than the S20 Ultra and at around the same price point but with less included in the box. Samsung, step up your game or you are going to lose your customers to another smart phone maker who takes into consideration what their consumer's want and need from their devices.
