I'm thinking you misunderstood me here. 4G was running faster on my Note 20 Ultra. I upgraded my plan not aware of the decrease in speed. After my 3rd day of frustration with it, I contacted ATT to see if I could revert my plan that is no longer offered anymore by the way (5g only plans). They basically stated that I couldn't after each rep tried to get me to disable 5G in the settings as this is an option on the S20 but not an option on the Note 20 ultra. I don't know if that decision is samsung based or ATT based, regardless it was frustrating. The guys solution above fixed this for me though. starting a new APN was the solution until 5G becomes available in my area I guess.
