So I bought this watch a week ago from Amazon and it came today. I was trying to get ECG but it says its not available in my current region. I am in the USA. Does anyone know If it's a glitch or its not available in the USA? Do you also know how to fix it?

I was looking at that message and went to the download site for kids but it says to download for devices of galaxy s3 or older and galaxy so or newer but when I downloaded it, it gave me a message saying that my device is not supported.

I have a galaxy note 20 ultra 5g by AT&T and I have been waiting for the update to show up but it never came. On the list samsubg gave it says it will be released in January and there is only 3 days left until January ends. Does anyone know when the update will show up on my phone?
