My screen protector have some scratches since March, I chat with the customer service, and told me that I have 14 days warranty , unfortually in mid-March the sumsung experiance store close . Then I stay at home for two and half months. because of my daily usage, the screen protector those scratches became some small hole. Right now the business starting re-open, so I contact the customer service again for my problem, they told me my warranty have expired and ask me to call UBREAKIFIX I call UBREAKIFIX , it told me that it only repair the phone and doesn't sell screen protactor for Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G I feel so frustrated, this phone cost almost $1800, I cannot went to retail store for replacement because of COVID-19 . customer serveice said my warranty expired, UBREAKIFIX said " Samsung doesn't source us their OEM protectors".
