Yes. My whole exepirance with Samsung is now ruined. I just paid off my phone with savings that I was sold to on a 36 month 0% interest plan. I was charged fees on my first bill. After much frustration I just paid it off as I could not get a hold of anyone at TD and the ecomerce team kept emailing and calling me without resolution. Very poor way to be treated for buying a new Note 20 Ultral. 😞

You do not want to use Samsung Financing. I have great credit and thought why not use a 0% intrest promo for 3yrs. The issue is TD Bank. First bill I recieved was yesterday. That bill said I missed a payment and that I now have late fee. I tried calling Samsung Finacing and have sat on hold for over 3 plus hours. I sent and email yesterday they replied I need to call the customer service number. The issue is that noone answers. One person stated here in the comminuty forums they were on hold for 20hrs. If you need financing look elsewhere. I am very disappointed that Samsung has not addressed this with TD Bank as I am not the only one. Search here in the forums.

So far I have been on hold with Samsung e-commerce team for a half hour. They are trying to get someone from TD Bank on the line. They have direct access and are struggling. Samsung may want to rethink this partner or they will lose customers. I am missing work meeting trying to get this resolved. Not good. I do not think my next phone will be a samsung.

Yesterday I just received my first invoice. It has a late fee on it for $22.37. I tried calling serveral numbers for customer service. I have spent hours on hold and emailed. This morning I received an email response that I need to call their 800 customer support. What a joke. I am really frustrated and calling Samsung on results in them telling me they are sorry. They can only help with techinical issues with the products not Samsung Finanacing.
