The latest version of device care also does not appear to function properly. Scan seems to show 100 all the time and when you select storage there is no longer a clean button. I had the same problem with the Samsung Members app. I went back to the installed version of device care and that ran properly and removed the faulty storage caused by the members app. The updated version of device care does not function on my tab s3. Once I restored the original version I shut off auto update in both play store and samsung store. Have to do both or it will auto update.
