I recently sent my phone to samsung for a screen repair, and I'm extremely disappointed with how the process has been. They texted and called me about a week after I sent it to them, demanding payment or they would send the phone back. I didnt not hear from them once until this point. Then when I made payment, they said they were going to fix the phone, sure enough, about a week later they said they made a mistake and it did not pass the quality test, and I had to repay them after they refunded me for my first purchase. Only this time they said I needed a mother board repair? It costed over 500 dollars for all the repairs and I told them to just send me the phone back, as I could just buy I different phone for this much, I dont know what to do and am extremely disappointed about his this has been handled, and my phone isnt fixed.
