Hi @useriirSAeisgH I didn't receive your Private Message. I had created a Support request through the Moderators (see post #1 with Accepted Solution for Contact Info). They were very helpful in setting it up. They ended up fixing it under warranty no charge. Looks likes charges vary upon reading through this thread though, depending upon their analysis of the watch when they receive it. I can say in our case, the watch had never been in water of any kind. Hope this helps.

@usertFAO3Lr01I @userD7N3AoYFTg @FireWalkWithMe Question: Do all three of you have an LTE/Data Plan for your watch? Does it get hot from time/to/time ? The reason I ask is because my wife's watch does have an LTE/Data Plan and does get hot. I do not have an LTE/Data Plan on my watch and it has never gotten hot. Wondering if the heat generated with the LTE/Data Plan is heating up the glue and causing some covers to fall off.

Just experienced the same problem... the back cover fell off our Active 2 without any abuse/actions on our part. @userHUt6fK3WJK Have you had any resolution from Samsung?

We bought two of these watches recently, with a Manufacturer's Warranty until March 2021. Very disappointed!!! The back cover on one became unglued on its own. This was NOT due to any action/abuse on our part. It has NEVER been under water, in a shower, a tub, etc. It has simply been worn on a wrist under normal daily activity. This is clearly a manufacturing defect based upon the ongoing/multiple threads in these user groups: Galaxy-Watch-Sensor-Cover-Fell-Off Galaxy-Watch/Back-sensor-Cover-Fell-Off I started a Service Request online in my Samsung Account, only for it to inform me that it will cost $81 to repair in advance. I understand when Physical Damage is due to the customer's actions. But under the circumstances, I do NOT believe we should have to pay anything for this type of issue, especially within the Warranty Period. Samsung needs to do the right thing for their customers!!!
