GoodLock is by Samsung and has full integration when using it. It's not a 3rd party app that just overlays or has a workaround for coloring the notification shade.

It's now under the "media" tab in your quick settings. When you tap it, it should pop up with audio output.

It's not that it's hard to activate, its just that the animations are bad. I would've attached a video to show what I mean but it wasn't working.

I'm pretty sure edge lighting was always restricted to the little pop-up when you had it on. If you didn't have the app selected it would just send a normal detailed notification.

For #1, you can still change handle settings. They just change where it's at so now it's settings>display>edge panel>handle settings. They took it out of it's own drop down menu

The new gesture animations for 3 bar navigation are not great at all. It doesn't feel as smooth as it used to since recent apps activates only after your finger has been lifted from the screen whereas before the app window would follow your finger like the single bar navigation. Please revert back to the One UI 2.5 animations because they felt so much better and more coherent with gesture navigation. The new animation also doesn't allow for quick switch like before.

If you turn off gesture hints, it hides the bar. Though it will hide it everywhere, and idk if you were looking for that kinda solution.

S20 ultra doesn't do 120Hz at WQHD, but it would be nice to have the option. Though battery drain would be insane with it on.

I'm gonna add to this just to make it more known that ads on a $1300+ phone is utterly ridiculous! Hopefully with the sheer amount of posts on the forums and how many likes each one is getting that Samsung will finally understand that we are so tired of seeing these ads everywhere in the default apps. Just cut it out already and improve the UX for you base apps.

Anybody having issues with shortcuts not appearing when long pressing apps on the home screen? It started happening after the latest update and idk if I toggled anything off, I've looked through settings and can't find anything about it Various tab shortcuts and bookmarks should appear My apps should appear

Similar to the edge panel and the old sound assistant themes, I think we should be able to change the position and color of the volume slider. I like having my slider right by the volume rocker and this latest update has changed it to be vertically centered in the display. Rather than having it locked to one position, why not have it adjustable and maybe add some options the change the size and color like the edge panel.

I think this has been suggested previously, but I'm gonna suggest again so it's a higher chance of being seen. The background of the new volume slider matches too closely to the volume level so under certain conditions, it's difficult to tell what the volume on your phone is without playing something. This can be fixed by either increasing the contrast between the volume level and background, or by making them different colors like in previous versions. If the volume level was blue with a gray background, it would be perfect, or a darker background with the same volume color. I know this was a long winded post, but it's an easy change that would make the user experience so much better.

Yea I want this feature back too. Also make the bar that shows volume fill up blue like it used to. It's honestly kinda hard to see what volume you're at in certain conditions.

You can also turn on notification history by going to settings>notifications>advanced settings. It will record your notifications so if your phone powers off, you can still view them.
