turns out if you switched your sim to T-Mobile you won't be able to upgrade using your sprint account. that's my issue at least.

I guess financing is no longer an option. it's been removed from the choices. or maybe it's being fixed

I've been getting the same error since the pre-orders opened. Support was no asistance.
