I am having this problem as well and I've never changed my provider since I bought the phone. I bought the phone used but it was unlocked and I don't believe it was ever at T-Mobile phone since it doesn't have all the T-Mobile apps. My phone is a S20+, if that makes a difference.

I'm getting this error on a S20+ with the beta software: One UI Beta features aren't available because you service provider has changed. I didn't change my service provider. And the feature are working, just not the Samsung members app. How do I fix this? Or remove the beta and go back to Android 11?
