Ok so I've done a lot of reading. People are having the problem. Some people say that it takes 15 days to received the email. But someone also said that there is 15 day return policy so that they will send it probly on the 16th day after you receive your phone. If you go through the member's app you should be able to get your Samsung buds. But they are making it a pain to get them if you bought it through them.  ... View more
