Man, it kills me to read this. The same thing is happening to mine, and it's so disappointing. I have the Note 10+ 5G, and that's the worst part--knowing the phone I'll get will be refurbished instead of the phone that I've treated with the utmost care from the moment of purchase. There needs to be more accountability in this department. When a phone fails while in warranty, the industry practice should be a new replacement as opposed to the "like new" garbage that Samsung allows Asurion to send their customers. It makes me really regret getting my device through them. Verizon also uses Asurion and require extraordinary hoops to be jumped through before warranty will be covered, only to receive a refurbished device: $1300 down the tube. Just so very frustrating.
