Trust me, I am beyond frustrated with Samsung too. I have been checking every day for a new update ever since A12 came out, but nope the unlocked versions just dont matter I guess. Flagship phone went to junk. I want to move to Apple now solely because of this terrible fix. But, I was able to get mine fixed through smart switch. I have an Unlocked S21 Ultra that had tremendous lag when scrolling due to version BUK7. Can confirm the fix is in BUKF as I just updated it.
