All Unlocked devices should be able to receive One UI 4 update at this time. Update was opened for carriers in two separate rounds based on CSC which may have caused some of users to receive an update before others.
Please call us at 1-800-726-7864 if you are still unable to update to One UI 4.

Hello,
Please erase the device cache using steps below. If issue persists, Please update Samsung members app to latest version from galaxy store and send us an error report from the Samsung member’s app -> Beta Feedback -> Error Reports to help us debug the issue.
Turn off the device.
Press and hold the Volume Up key and the Side key.
When the Android logo displays, release both keys.
An 'Installing system update' message may show briefly before the Android Recovery menu options appear.
Press the Volume down key several times to highlight Wipe cache partition.
Press Side key to select.
Press the Volume down key to highlight Yes, then press the Side key to select.
When the process is complete, Reboot system now is highlighted.
Press the Side key to restart the device.

Absolutely agree with all points. Framerate drop while scrolling ruins the fluidity of the phone. It honestly made me consider downgrading back to android 11 or even getting a pixel 6, but I also realize that would be a bit impulsive. I desperately hope that Samsung developers are painfully aware of this issue and take it seriously.

Good to hear I'm not alone. 😊 A few weeks ago I suggested adding some sort of "low battery alarm". A member suggested I use Bixby Routines. I've been playing with it ever since. Bixby Routine when charge level drops below 38%. Bixby announces: "I thought I told you to charge the battery. You must really be a special kind of stupid". If you are using device for normal operations like text, browse and video it is most likely beta software. Unless you are using a high memory game or have a lot of apps running in background or using an professional design software on the device it will very unlikely to use RAM plus.
