I have a s20 and it works perfectly fine. I just think you're not used to having an android phone that's why you think it's "complete junk". Why don't you bring the phone to your local carrier so they can help you fix the problem. I haven't heard of this issue with the s20 yet.

You don't have to buy another phone unless you can't get the screen replaced. There are places you can go to get the screen replaced if you don't have insurance.

I'm guessing you ment your phone is hot, if that's the case you might want to power off your phone for a few minutes and let it charge. If that doesn't work, bring the phone to your local carrier store.

Maybe the connection port for that TV is not working properly. Try using another gaming system if you have one with the same TV and see what happens.

I suggest you find a new carrier because this doesn't make sens at all. It's crazy that you can't update without Wi-Fi. Or unless you have a limited data plan?

Hopefully these issues are solved by the time you're ready to switch over. I have the s20 ultra and I'm loving it. Haven't had any issues with it yet.

Is there a way to connect my s20 ultra to my TV? I don't have a smart TV. I remember for the s7 edge I used an HDMI cord but what about the s20?

Let it sit in rice for 24 hrs to soak up the moisture. Let me know that helps.

I'm not a note user but I love a phone that allows me to use a micro SD card. I also love different colours black and silver phones no longer cut it for me lol.

I haven't heard anything about that topic but I'm sure if you have an unlimited plan you shouldn't have to pay any extra fees for text messages. I will do some research to get more information on this.
