Some updates can come with bugs,you can try a soft reset and see if that helps.

Sometimes software will come with bugs, if you haven't try soft reset and hasn't fix the problem you can do a Factory reset.

Go to -> Settings -> Account and back up -> Manage accounts and click on the ones you want to remove. Keep in mind you can't delete the one you first set up your phone with in the begging.

Do you back up your stuff just incase something like this ever happens? If your phone has a slot for an SD card you should get one or there are other option like Google and so on.

Choose the contact you want, on the bottom there will be some choices, choose Edit and there will be 'view more' select and scroll down there will be a rington option.

You can try a soft reset, if it doesn't work you can try factory reset. Make sure to back up all your data and important stuff before the factory reset. Or, if you have I surance you can go through it... This new updates that have been issue has come with bugs. I did a soft reset on mine and didn't work so I did a Factory Reset and it seems better.
