My TV is a Samsung UN49MU6500. It's up to date in terms of software version , no firewall issues from my ISP. Some apps already installed work fine,but when I select the apps icon to download apps ,this is the screen I get. I have tried all the normal things such as unplugging TV and plugging it back in, I have reset and signed out and back into smart hub, I have factory reset the TV as well. I have also tried connecting with different internet connection. I cannot get my app store to come up at all.Has this happened to anyone else?.
