I still cannot get my issue resolved with my getting my Note 8 back. Case #4150289943. Again, it has been more than 3 months. I finally was able to get in touch with a case manager a few weeks ago but that did not resolve my issue because I am still in the dark about the status of my phone. My case manager has not called me back. I cannot understand why my phone cannot just be sent back? What else can I do? Thank you in advance for any help.

I sent my Note 8(model number SM-N950UZVAXAA) into Samsung to have my cracked screen repaired in March and cannot set a straight answer to what is going on with my phone. I have called Customer Service a number of times and they just cannot help me. I understand Samsung is busy so I have been patient but I am going on 3 months without my cell phone and that is a little excessive. I called again this morning because I received emails from Samsung saying a mailing label has been created but that cannot be right because my phone is with Samsung, then I have a email stating an exchange was requested and then after that I have one that states a replacement phone has been shipped but when I called this morning I was told that Samsung was awaiting on my phone to be sent. Which makes no sense. Did something happen to my phone while it was being repaired? Is it lost? I was told that I would get a call back in 6 hrs but I have been told that before. Not sure what else to do. My current ticket number is 4150289943. Any advice or help would be much appreciated. Thank you very much.
