Sheesh! This explains so much for what I'm experiencing on my XCover Pro! The camera is nearly unsuable, and I have missed some good shots so far! Not sure about the auto-brightness, I wonder how I check to see if I have the same battery drain, but I do have to charge the phone at least twice a day.

SAMSUNG! Please do NOT test your global systems in a PRODUCTION Environment. I cannot help but feel bad for the staffer that sent this out Worldwide! Kind of like where that person at work whom sends an email to full company mailing list, but this was many levels above that! I just wish they would have used the more typical "Blah" or "Meh!" That is what we use for test messages just in case they are seen by anyone, and they are somewhat funny.
