I ended up calling Samsung recall department and they said the model I have was part of the recall. I opted to have the recall repair service done by a local Samsung service, in my case it was Service Quick, but the actual problem was determined by the technician to be loose shock mounts or something so he had to come back again to fix the actual problem.

I have a S amsung wa45h7000aw/a2 top load washer that keeps getting stuck in a cycle. The washer runs continually with the tub never filling and the agitation will not start. Even after troubleshooting and turning it off and unplugging it, it just resumes where it left off. The timer also stays stuck at a certain time and does not go down, and then it will add time to the original stated time a lot. Not sure if that's part of the malfunction or if it keeps adding time as it thinks it's either going or not going through the cycle and realizes it needs more time? It still works normally some of the time, but it feels like it could just stop working all together soon. Unfortunately I do not have a warranty because the washer came with the house from the previous owners. Really just wondering if I need to call someone to repair or replace the panel, or replace the machine. If this is a control panel/wiring issue, is there a way to troubleshoot that I'm missing?
