Found this issue is happening to other people as well. No actual solution that I've been able to see... just received my refrigerator yesterday. Tonight it became unresponsive to touch or responding in a completely different area of the screen. Disconnects from wifi. Can't reconnect even from the app on a connected device. Contacted chat with Samsung and they tried to set up a technician visit with a charge. I only received this one day ago! Definitely falls under 1 year warranty. Has anyone else had this problem and been able to resolve it?
